2. Client Responsibilities

- The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The client agrees to cooperate with us and provide timely feedback during the design, development, and maintenance process.
- If the client requests any modifications or updates after the project is completed, these may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments for our services are due as per the agreed-upon terms in the proposal or contract.
- Late payments may result in delays in the delivery of services or suspension of work until full payment is received.
- For SEO services, ongoing fees may apply as per the monthly or annual billing structure defined in the service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the website design, content, and code, unless otherwise agreed.
- We retain the right to use client websites in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise stated by the client.
- All proprietary materials, including logos, trademarks, and other branding elements, remain the property of the client.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any information shared between us and the client will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
6. Website Maintenance and Updates
- We provide ongoing website maintenance services, including bug fixes, security updates, and content updates as per the terms outlined in the maintenance agreement.
- We are not responsible for any third-party software, plugins, or services that are used in your website unless specified in the maintenance contract.
7. SEO Services and Results
- While we make every effort to improve your website’s search engine rankings, we do not guarantee specific results such as achieving a particular ranking on search engines.
- SEO services are an ongoing effort, and results may vary depending on various factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in search engine algorithms, competition, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.
- Our maximum liability will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement before the completion of the project, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up until the termination date.
- We may terminate the agreement if the client violates any terms or fails to make timely payments.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the new terms will apply to all services provided after the update.
